The calculator will automatically remove invalid values (letters, words, symbols, etc.) and automatically display the average (mean) of your set of numbers.

The calculator will also output the median, mode, sum, count, max, min, and range of your number set.

## How to Calculate Average (Mean)

The average (mean) of a set of numbers is calculated by finding the sum of all numbers and dividing that sum by the total number of values in the set.

Example:

Number Set = 2, 8, 60, 35

Sum of Number Set = 2 + 8 + 60 + 35 = 105

Count of Values in Number Set = 4

Average (Mean) = 105 / 4 = 26.25

### Average Formula

The formula for calculating average (mean) is:

Average (Mean) = (Sum of Number Set) / Count of Number Set
